These can include nutrition and meal plans, fitness and exercise plans and mindfulness\/meditation plans, and will ALWAYS include customized self awareness, relationship and communication toolkits.\u00a0 These are the fundamental building blocks that will allow a healthy foundation for all that you do going forward. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Part Two: Continued Mentoring<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n After the Day of Transformation, it is time to start practicing what you have learned.\u00a0 You are working to rewire your brain and do things differently than you have in the past, and that will be HARD.\u00a0 It will require you getting out of your comfort zone, facing fears, trying new skills that you aren\u2019t good at yet.\u00a0 That is why having continued access to mentoring is so important, and equally important is having access IN THE MOMENT to get support to make the change and get help exactly when it isn\u2019t clear what the best action is or when it is feeling hard to do it. \u00a0In the moment we have the opportunity to do things differently instead of repeating how we used to do it, which is how we rewire our brain.\u00a0 It\u2019s action time!<\/span><\/p>\n FOR THE NEXT THREE MONTHS you continue to have access to me on an as needed basis for touch bases (20 min or less texts\/calls\/emails)* as well as 3 monthly 60 min check-in sessions.<\/span><\/p>\n 3 months of support to solidify your new skills and make them habits!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n *Fine Print: Touchbases should not be longer than 20 minutes and not more than 60 minutes total per week.
