When something goes wrong we need to own it and not blame it on other people. <\/span><span class=\"hardreadability\"><span data-offset-key=\"5d0d2-1-0\">Even if it seems out of your control, the skill to be aware and hold yourself accountable gives you the opportunity to continue to learn<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"5d0d2-2-0\">. By blaming others we&#8217;re giving our power away. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"90jru\" data-offset-key=\"fhdv2-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"fhdv2-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"fhdv2-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"90jru\" data-offset-key=\"4jfu2-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"4jfu2-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"4jfu2-0-0\">The fight or flight reflex hits us so fast. It&#8217;s our primal instinct that has to be fast and extra sensitive. <\/span><span class=\"veryhardreadability\"><span data-offset-key=\"4jfu2-1-0\">Understanding what is happening when <\/span><\/span><span class=\"qualifier\"><span data-offset-key=\"4jfu2-2-0\">we feel<\/span><\/span><span class=\"veryhardreadability\"><span data-offset-key=\"4jfu2-3-0\"> this feeling and getting out of the lower part of your brain and into the higher part will give you a much higher ability on how to handle it<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"4jfu2-4-0\">. To remember that in the moment and move out of that feeling will help you see what is <\/span><span class=\"adverb\"><span data-offset-key=\"4jfu2-5-0\">really<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"4jfu2-6-0\"> going on. You start to know which thoughts are of service to you. Then you don&#8217;t waste attention on the thoughts that are not of service to you. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"90jru\" data-offset-key=\"7p9kv-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"7p9kv-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"7p9kv-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"90jru\" data-offset-key=\"fse4n-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"fse4n-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"fse4n-0-0\">Always be open to how you can grow and be better. There will always be dark moments with the beautiful moments. It&#8217;s that flow of challenges and triumphs that is so beautiful. Lean into the discomfort. If you&#8217;re not taking risks you&#8217;re not going to grow and build something that is visionary and yours. It&#8217;s hard to be aware of it and what we&#8217;re paying attention to. Get support from the people around you. <\/span><span class=\"hardreadability\"><span data-offset-key=\"fse4n-1-0\">Whether it be your network or community <\/span><\/span><span class=\"adverb\"><span data-offset-key=\"fse4n-2-0\">really<\/span><\/span><span class=\"hardreadability\"><span data-offset-key=\"fse4n-3-0\"> helps in moments when you&#8217;re struggling or feeling uncomfortable<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"fse4n-4-0\">. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"90jru\" data-offset-key=\"ddcpe-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"ddcpe-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"ddcpe-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"90jru\" data-offset-key=\"cifi3-0-0\"><\/div>\n<span class=\"et_bloom_bottom_trigger\"><\/span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Having ownership and accountability is important.
